Reservations for groups:

If you want to order the expedition tailored to the needs of your group (in case of the company, travel agency – e.g. incentive expeditions) please submit your request via booking form with the specific description of your requirements: the amount of participants, dates, preferred accommodation (single, double, twin, dormitory rooms), preferred food, transport and language of communication. Please also let us know about the overall group cycling experience and if you should need the guide assistance.

Reservations for individual clients (self-guided trips) step by step:

The scope of services included in the offer is specified in the description of each expedition. While booking a trip you should state in the field “Remarks” additional requests or information:

• The booking is for more than one person only – if the additional person joins you for the expedition please specify the name, surname and the date of birth of all participants you want to make booking for:
• special accommodation (e.g. single, dormitory rooms)
• technical bus assistance during the expedition
• guide or group leader to secure your trip
• additional insurance (e.g. travel cancellation insurance)
• bike rental (bike specification – male/female, regular/electric, number of bikes requested and the height of the participants renting the equipment)
• GPS rental (one per group)

3. We will check the availability of preferred accommodation accordingly to your needs. The more information at this stage of preparations we receive, the faster we will be able to prepare your agreement and confirm the trip. If after the booking we do not have sufficient information provided – do not worry, we will contact you so everything is clear and works just fine!

4. After final confirmation of all services, we will send you the agreement with proper attachments: general terms and conditions, expedition schedule and general insurance terms and conditions. To book an expedition you need to go through the documentation and confirm your acceptance of all sent documents via paying an advance for the trip. Having received the payment, we will sent you an advance payment receipt. In time you will need to pay the remaining amount of the value of the trip.

5. Having received your full payment, we will send you detailed information about the trip to the given address in Poland (e.g. the first hotel on the route) and additional information to the given email address (e.g. GPS data etc.).

And… off we go! The adventure begins!
